Are your Arkansas used-tire manifests and transporters compliant?

Arkansas Tire Accountability Program rules require tire generators to use the tire manifest system for tires destined for a Used Tire Program. Tire generators use Form TAP-11, provide the transporter with two paper copies, and use a transporter licensed by Arkansas DEQ. Manifest errors must be reported in writing to DEQ within three calendar days after discovery.

Quick check

Confirm each covered shipment uses TAP-11, the transporter is DEQ-licensed, two paper manifest copies go with the transporter, and any discovered errors are reported within three calendar days.

When this applies

Your Arkansas shop generates used or waste tires that are sent into the state's Used Tire Program.

Use TAP-11 for covered tire shipments, verify the transporter has a current DEQ tire-transporter license, provide the required manifest copies, and correct/report manifest errors within the required three-day period.
