Arkansas Act 1077, approved April 30, 2021, amended A.C.A. 23-112-313. The amended law requires manufacturers to compensate dealers for warranty and recall work at no less than reasonable retail rates calculated from qualifying customer-pay repair orders, with reasonable time allowances and parts-markup rules.
