Repair Shop Alerts monitors selected official sources, reviews qualifying regulatory changes and publishes practical summaries for automotive service operations. The public library is available without a paid subscription. Email features depend on the alert plan and preferences you choose.

Repair Shop Alerts is an information and monitoring service, not a law firm or legal adviser. Summaries can simplify or omit details. Official-source links are provided so you can verify requirements that apply to your business. You remain responsible for determining your obligations and for seeking professional advice when appropriate.
Alert coverage
We work to identify consequential changes from the sources we monitor, but no monitoring service can guarantee that every rule, notice, deadline or local requirement will be detected or delivered. Coverage may vary by jurisdiction, source availability and shop type. A source link or alert does not mean a change applies to every shop.
Email alerts
When you sign up, you request service emails associated with Repair Shop Alerts, which can include confirmation messages, recaps, matched alerts, deadline reminders and account or billing messages. Available email types depend on your plan. You can change alert preferences or unsubscribe from optional alert email.
Pro subscriptions
Pro is a recurring paid subscription at the price shown at checkout. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. You can manage or cancel the subscription through the billing access provided by Repair Shop Alerts. Cancellation does not affect charges already completed before the cancellation takes effect.

Use of subscriber, billing and analytics information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Service changes
We may add, remove or change monitored sources, features, plan details or these terms as the service evolves. Material changes to paid-service terms will be reflected on the site before they apply to new purchases.
