Missouri changed dealer warranty reimbursement and claim procedures

Missouri SB 398 amended RSMo § 407.828 effective August 28, 2023. The changes moved warranty compensation toward the franchisee's own retail rates, adjusted approval and payment timing, addressed compensation for certain manufacturer-supplied recall parts, and expanded the process for challenging adverse reimbursement decisions.
