Arizona added a 60-day repair-completion window to the Voluntary Vehicle Repair Program

Arizona HB 2104 changed the Voluntary Vehicle Repair Program effective September 26, 2025. A participating vehicle owner must complete the covered repair within 60 days after acceptance into VVRP. Program repairs must be performed at an approved repair facility.
