West Virginia moved vehicle safety inspections from yearly to every two years

HB 2310 (2023) changed West Virginia's mandatory inspection from annual to once every two years, effective January 1, 2024. It doubled the sticker charge to stations and raised the maximum inspection fee to $19 for the two-year inspection.
