Oregon codified remote OBD testing in its Vehicle Inspection Program

Oregon DEQ's Vehicle Inspection Program rule update adopted January 10, 2025 codified the remote on-board diagnostic test method used by DEQ Too and also updated reciprocity provisions and new-vehicle testing exemptions. Most of the adopted rules became effective July 1, 2025.
