North Carolina clarified dealer warranty, recall and loaner reimbursement rules

Session Law 2025-41 rewrote portions of North Carolina's dealer warranty and recall statute, clarifying reimbursement, audit and claim-documentation rules and expanding loaner-vehicle reimbursement protections. The act became effective July 1, 2025.
