Michigan added dealer retail-rate and recall compensation protections

2018 Public Act 668 amended Michigan's Motor Vehicle Franchise Act and added the current retail-rate reimbursement framework and recall/stop-sale compensation provisions, including new §§ 17a and 17b. The changes took effect March 28, 2019.
