Iowa required reasonable warranty time allowances for dealers

SF 444 (2021 Iowa Acts ch. 38), approved April 12, 2021 and effective July 1, 2021, amended Iowa Code 322A.5. Franchisers must give dealers a list of warranty time allowances, including diagnostic time, that are reasonable and adequate for the work.
